Monthly Mini Model Build (MMB) Instructions

So, this is my second time posting and I need help. I forgot to download some of the MMB instructions, most recently was the May 2011. How can I get those? Is there anyone here that has some that can be emailed?
I am also looking for 2010 before July.

I have all of this year's so far and most of last year's on my computer at home. I'll let you know tomorrow evening which ones I have.

Huw - You do know that TooMuchDew has them all on his flickr account? Or, do you need PDFs? SmashingBricks, as well, on his blog.

I think pdf's would be great. Huw, I'll send you what I do have. But, would there be an issue from Lego if you post them? I always thought that was why they weren't posted publicly, because of some agreement with Lego.

There are also some photos of the lobster instructions from August 2009 floating around somewhere as well.

Robert (cycoduck?) has sent me all from July 10 except for May 11 as PDFs plus a couple of others. I'll get them added somewhere soon.

I've added all those I've been sent, which is all from July '10. There's a link in the set notes field, rather than in the instructions tab/box, since that can only handle those hosted at lego.com.

I did not send the November 2010 (Europe) file. I don't have that one. I got in in jpg, but, pdf would be better, IMHO.

I don't think I received it. You can upload them yourself to the usual server, then just put the link in the set notes field. I have some others to do, I'll try and do so later.

Must be nice to be able to get to a LEGO store, if my memory serves there was one in the Broadmarsh shopping centre here in Nottingham, but it's long gone.
Do you have to make a purchase to get one?

No, no purchase necessary. There is an age limit though - only those between the ages of 6 and 14 can participate.

I don't think LEGO themselves ever had a store in Nottingham, but there used to be a few specialist independent toy retailers around the country who exclusively sold Lego products; I think they've all gone now. LEGO used to have their own stores in the Bull Ring in Birmingham, and in Kingston (upon Thames), but they shut down. Milton Keynes, Bluewater, Brighton, Cardiff, and Sheppards Bush are the current UK stores, with Liverpool opening later this year. They all operate the MMMB scheme.

The other 'Lego' stores in the UK (at the Windsor Legoland park and the Discovery Centre in Manchester) are owned and operated by Merlin Entertainments, rather than LEGO themselves, and so aren't part of the MMMB scheme.

So all the previous instructions seem to still exist on the Lego website... Do a google search for "http://cache.lego.com/downloads/shop/minibuilds/" to find them.

That wasn't intended as a link. Do an actual google search for "site:http://cache.lego.com/downloads/shop/minibuilds/" and a bunch of them come up... they don't go back that far unfortunately and they're not well-named, so I don't know what order they're in.

I've downloaded all that I've found using that search and they are as follows:
Boy with backpack
Fireplace
Frank
Polar Bear
Seagull
Tree
Watermelon
Bird
Watering Can
Flower
Skier

If any of those are missing from Brickset let me know and I'll send them Huw's way.

Well, that brings us back to June 2010. The fireplace was the missing one, I'm sending the pdf to Huw to upload. Anyone with pdf's prior to July 2010?

I'm pretty sure PDFs don't exist before July 2010 - This Flickr pool has a bunch of JPGs of instructions and I saw something in there about someone saying Lego didn't start posting PDFs until July of 2010:

Well, that pretty much explains why I can't find the pdf file anywhere prior to July 2010. Hmph. So, then, it seems that I now have all of the pdf's for the MMB. Thank you everyone for your assistance (someone should talk to Lego about providing the instructions in pdf for those prior to July 2010)

I did - as a VIP email. But, the link in the email for the instructions worked last Monday, but not after that. Someone else found the url for the new location of the page and posted it in the Bricklink Forums. The top MMMB page has moved to:

http://shop.lego.com/en-US/minibuilds

The "en-US" can be changed to "en-CA", "en-DE", "en-DK" or "en-GB" with success. I did not try other languages.

I noticed for the 1st time that you can download the instructions for the monthly mini model build from Lego website. However it is only there for the month. Quite a nice looking duck.
Does anyone know if there is somewhere to download the instructions for all the other monthly models?

We archive them here at Brickset. All those that have been available online are linked to on the set list: http://www.brickset.com/browse/themes/?theme=Promotional&subtheme=Monthly Mini Model Build. I believe LEGO started posting them at LEGO.com in July 2010, so we don't have any before that.

I haven't yet added the duck but I do have it here to hand and will be doing so later.
